Low tide about 10:30 AM (0.4ft). High tide around 5:00PM (7.6)

How about the following Saturday - maybe Rob can go too - 3 Maules? More?
I'll be back in WA on the 25th - leaving for Hawaii again on the 31st - so the 27th wx permitting would be great for me.
And I wanted to go there for a while (didn't dear to take my C140 though)

How about after work Friday or Sunday?
Where do you get the tide info for the field?

Have to look at schedule.

Use Point Brown in this tool:

I would avoid the end of 31 and land long about 1/2 way up the hill. Towards the end of 31 can get soggy. While the end of 13 gets rocky.

Cheers,

Tom
Oh well, I haven't even looked at that yet. I just brought up my Maule from California and am itching to go to places I didn't go to with the C140. Waiting till June for Stehekin then.....
Thanks for the info and links TomD

Hi Rob. A good place for us to meet sometime would be Lucas Lodge on the Rogue River. West of Grants Pass.

Cheers...Rob

Sounds GREAT! I might have to bring my CFI friend as I'm a bit of newbie at that sort of flying.... Have you been there? Anybody been there?
