A quick tip for those who haven't yet tried it. While the built-in search works fairly well on this forum, Google also crawls the public portions of this site and can provide a different, more comprehensive search experience, if you are so inclined.
Simply go to Google, and in the search box, type your desired search terms, and then follow it with "site:maulepilots.org". The results that are returned from Google are only for this site, and they're way better than anything that I've been able to get back with the built-in site search.
Give it a try!

It does indeed! It's nice on just about any site that's public. Anything that helps to keep Jeremy sane is a good thing!DeltaRomeo wrote:This also works on BCP, too. Poor Jeremy will thank you for not having to rehash everything that has been said before, although we still like to know he's out there lurking!

yep, that's about the only way I ever search forums and some websites. So many sites have not very good Search functions.
To add to the search tip: If you're looking for a specific phrase, like landing gear, put quotation marks around the phrase.
So it'd be on Google:
"landing gear" site:maulepilots.org

Here's a reminder that the best way to search for posts on the forum is with Google using a site search. It's much better than the Forum's built-in search engine. I remember this when someone asked about Charlie Miller of Maule Air Texas.
