Do you like to have a picture displayed above your name in your posts and you don't know how to?
They are called Avatar.
You need a picture of the max size 29kb with max pixels 150x150
To implement your picture:
1) Log into your MaulePilots.org account
2) Click Profile
3) scroll all the way down
4) Choose a file from your computer (or another location - i.e. copy and paste the link from Shrinkpictures (or other websites))
5) click submit - Voila - if the size of the Avatar was correct, your picture should show

Shrinking your pictures
You can shrink your picture online with:
http://www.shrinkpictures.com
Also, most photoediting software have an easy way to resize pictures to a certain pixel size.
An easy and small program is the free IRFANVIEW http://www.irfanview.com/
1) Download and install the software.
2) Open your photo
3) click IMAGE - RESIZE (or shortcut CTRL-R)
choose new pixel size - set 150 to the largest side* and save (if the picture is still larger than 29kb, you would need to change the resolution (DPI)
If you like to maximize your AVATAR size, you need to make your picture "square first), so that you can have a 150x150 picture - but 150x110 or anything smaller than 150 are ok
To square a picture you would have to crop it
