Thanks for the video. If the guys here liked that they will be running to apply for visas after seeing the Drakensberg!
I have very fond memories of SA. I spent many years working to the north years back. SA was always our safe haven. Many times we limped in with broken bodies and aircraft and were always met with kindness and compassion.
One of my crewmembers spent 6 weeks in critical care in Pretoria after an accident. I spoke weekly with the night shift nurse via HF phone patch, they rallied around him and saved his life.
On a lighter note, 6 weeks leave in the Cape was one of the greatest periods in my life. Your country has a wealth of natural and cultural riches. Your barbeques can make a Texan blush!
