Anybody using the new trip planning feature at Windy.com?
Seems like it might be helpful on some cross countries.

Re: Windy Trip Planner
If the forecast proves to be accurate I could see this being pretty helpful especially for VFR flights. I especially like the cloud base/tops depiction across the length of the entire trip all in one place.
Thanks for the tip!
*Edit - I usually browse this board on my phone but just happened to be sitting in front of the computer when I launched your link. I then tried launching it on my phone to see what the mobile device experience looked like and maybe it is just my phone but it is VERY LIMITED compared to the laptop version. Laptop version definitely is the way to go.

Re: Windy Trip Planner
I use it alot. Seems to be spot on within 24hrs and a decent stratigic tool further out. My plane is currently VFR only so the cloud coverage/bases/tops has been awesome. For trip planning I like using the altitude slider to find the best winds for the leg. I use it on my ipad and love it!
